Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Hangul Hero. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create accounts for others without their explicit consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Hangul Hero offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers (Student Pro, Teacher). Pricing is displayed at checkout and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription charge if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform or its content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service without written permission
• Circumvent free-tier limits through multiple accounts or other means

All content on Hangul Hero — including lesson text, vocabulary data, AI-generated examples, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Hangul Hero. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Korean language itself is not owned by anyone. The specific presentation, selection, and organisation of content within the platform is our intellectual property.

If the Service allows you to add words, notes, or other content, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant Hangul Hero a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display it as part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy of content, or that the Service will meet your specific learning goals.
